Timothy W. Johnson

Timothy W. Johnson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Northeast Louisiana University and received a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from University of Houston Law Center.

Mr. Johnson received his license to practice in the State of Texas in 1997. Mr. Johnson has successfully represented inventors and companies seeking to enforce their patent rights through litigation and licensing and has successfully defended clients against claims of patent infringement. His patent, copyright, and trademark experience includes drafting and prosecution of applications for patent, patentability searches and opinions, patent licensing, copyright applications, and trademark searches and applications.
