Kelly Gerber

Kelly Gerber practices in the area of corporate and securities, emphasizing venture capital, private equity, technology, private and public offerings of securities, and mergers and acquisitions. She has represented clients in initial public offerings, including offerings by technology-related companies and real estate investment trusts, and in continuing reporting requirements pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. Additionally, she has assisted clients in private offerings of securities. Her private equity work includes representation of private funds as well as those parties seeking such funds.
