David M. Lodholz focuses his practice in the firm's Litigation and Appellate Section. Mr. Lodholz's legal experience includes representation of plaintiffs and defendants in civil matters, in both state and federal courts, including real estate matters, contracts claims, negligence claims, partnership disputes, trade secrets claims, breach of confidentiality claims, and other business torts.
Mr. Lodholz earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law and graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Business Adminstration with a finance concentration and Minor in English.
Mr. Lodholz graduated from South Texas College of Law in 2009 and was in the Top 10% of his class, cum laude, Order of the Lytae, a Dean's Merit Scholar, and Articles Editor of the Corporate Counsel Review.
At Trinity University, Mr. Lodholz was a four-year letterman as a pitcher on the school's baseball team, including a summer playing for the New York Collegiate Baseball League's Plattsburg Thunder. Mr. Lodholz was on the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference's Academic Honor Roll and also was an Associate Manager of the school's Student Managed Fund.
