Terry B. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana State University in 1986, and received a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 1989.  Mr. Joseph received his license to practice in the State of Texas in 1989.

Mr. Joseph has over twenty years of legal experience in preparing and trying cases in the areas of business litigation, construction litigation - both residential and commercial, commercial disputes, consumer disputes, non-competition agreements, and trade secrets and unfair competition.
