Sartaj S. Bal received his license to practice law in the State of Texas after completing his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law. Mr. Bal's practice focuses primarily on the litigation of Intellectual Property and Business disputes. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in Patent Infringement suits. Mr. Bal clerked with our firm while completing his JD and worked in the litigation department before joining the firm as an associate.
His legal experience prior to joining our firm consisted of prosecuting patents for refinery processes and for applications in the chemical & biological arts with D'Ambrosio and Menon where he was a Technical Advisor. There he was involved in the procurement of patents, copyright registrations, and trademarks.
Mr. Bal graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2003. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Bal used his Chemical Engineering degree and worked as a Process Engineer at Jacobs Engineering and Mustang Engineering where he was involved in designing downstream processes for refineries and chemical plants.
